A number of bus lines, including the Greyhound and the Chinatown bus, as well as Amtrak train service travel to Boston stopping at South Station.

The Friedman School of Nutrition is in the Jaharis Building at 150 Harrison Avenue, and is close to several MBTA T stops.
From the Orange line:
Get off at the New England Medical Center stop and take the exit toward Washington Street/New England Medical Center (not the Wang YMCA exit). To get to the Jaharis Building, you may walk through the hospital and exit onto Harrison Avenue. Jaharis is across the street to the left.
Alternatively, you may turn left upon exiting the T station, turn right onto Kneeland St, and then turn right onto Harrison Ave.
From the Red line:
Get off at Downtown Crossing and walk south on Washington St toward the Theatre District and Chinatown. Turn left onto Kneeland St, the second big intersection, and turn right onto Harrison Ave at the next set of lights.
From the Green line:
Get off at Boylston and cross the street, continuing down Tremont away from the park. Take first left onto Stuart St, which becomes Kneeland after a few blocks, then take a right onto Harrison Ave at the second set of lights.
